Decorating a Golf Table for an Event

decorating golf table event :
Creating a golf table for an event is a method of advertising your golf course or country club. You want to make it easy for anyone passing by to notice your golf club and get a quick idea of your selling points. Along with this, you want to have information that your visitors can take with them to look at later to remind them of the golf course and what it can offer for them.

Choose A Covering For Your Table

When setting up your golf table, the first selection should be the covering for the table. Green is a popular color. You can either use a green tablecloth, or to add some texture, find a large sheet of green felt and cover the table in that. Cut out some tan circles of cloth to represent sand traps and place these on the table as well, along with small white circles to represent holes.

Create a Sign

When creating a golf table for an event, advertise your golf course or country club. Get a large piece of poster board, or better yet, use two of them and tape them together to form a v shape. On this poster board, glue photos of your golf course on one side. On the other side, list features such as memorable holes, services that you offer and any tournaments held at your golf course.

Brochures

Make sure you have plenty of brochures on your golf table. Have a basic brochure listing facts and features of your golf course or country club. Have some for upcoming events that are held at your golf course. Have brochures on your golf table for classes that your golf course holds for both experienced golfers and ones who wish to learn the game for the first time.

Promotional Items

People enjoy picking up small little promotional items. Have packs of golf tees with your golf course's name on it or small golf towels. Other nice promotions items include pencils or keychains with your golf course's name, phone number or website as well written on them.
